Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend making a reservation to ensure we can prepare your experience thoughtfully. Same-day bookings may be available, depending on availability.

What should I bring for my treatment?

Just yourself. We provide everything you need for your ritual—robes, towels, slippers, and gentle care from start to finish.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes. Out of respect for other guests, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Yes. If you have a preferred therapist, kindly let us know when booking. We will do our best to honor your request, based on availability.
